SkyValue Advisory: Important
Update
SkyValue has cancelled future flights
from May 6 going forward into the summer - all flights through
Saturday May 5 will fly normally as scheduled. If you have a
reservation any time from May 6 through the summer here are your
rights per U.S. Department of Transportation regulations covering
the operation of these flights:
1. If all flight segments
of your journey are affected, you will automatically receive a
refund within 10 days of notification. Please note that
depending on your issuing bank, it may take up to 5 business days
for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
2. If only a portion of
your trip has been cancelled, you have the right to:
a. cancel
your entire reservation and receive a full refund
b. use that
portion of your reservation that is operating and receive a refund
for the cancelled flight only.
If the scenario outlined
in #2 above affects your reservation, we will assume that you are
taking option a. If you want option b, please contact us
immediately at skyvalue@gmail.com stating that
you want to use the operating portion of your trip and understand
that your return passage is at your own expense. We will then
refund the cancelled portion of your trip only.
3. If
you have departed on or before 4/27 and the return portion of
your trip has been cancelled, Xtra Airways is required to
furnish transportation back to your originating city. We will
be contacting all clients that are affected by this. If you
would like to provide us with additional contact information,
contact us at skyvalue@gmail.com .
We
sincerely apologize to our customers for this cancellation and any
inconvenience caused.
